You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
When you book a tour through our Site, you are entering into a binding agreement with us, subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to that tour. All bookings are subject to availability.
All prices displayed on our Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Payment methods accepted are specified on the Site at the time of booking.
For most tours, a deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due a specified number of days before the tour start date. The specific deposit requirements and payment schedule will be provided during the booking process.
Prices may not include all applicable taxes and fees. Any additional taxes, fees, or charges will be clearly disclosed during the booking process.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour. Specific cancellation terms will be provided during the booking process and in your booking confirmation. In general:
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by us, you may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, as determined by us.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged luggage.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other documents required for travel to Australia. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to obtain the required travel documents.
You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs that may affect your ability to participate in a tour. We reserve the right to decline a booking if we believe that the tour is not suitable for you based on your health or fitness level.
You agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by our tour guides and staff during the tour. We reserve the right to remove you from a tour if your behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous.
We strive to provide safe, enjoyable, and high-quality tours. However, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the tour due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
