We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for peak season tours (December-February and June-August). For shoulder and off-peak seasons, 1-3 months advance booking is usually sufficient.
While we don't arrange visas directly, we can provide information about visa requirements for your nationality and direct you to the appropriate resources. Most tourists will need an ETA (Electronic Travel Authority) or visitor visa to enter Australia.
We don't sell travel insurance directly, but we strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
Our standard cancellation policy allows for a full refund (minus a small admin fee) for cancellations made 60+ days before the tour start date. For cancellations 30-59 days before, 50% refund is provided. Less than 30 days, no refund is available. We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
